REGISTRATION

Interested presenters and participants are invited to register for i-SIMBIOMAS 2026 HERE 

FEES

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS 

REMARKS:

1. Registrations are only confirmed once the proof of payment has been received via registration form.

2. Presenters are required to submit the abstract (Oral/Poster) upon registration via registration form.

3. Registration fees include access to all conference sessions, oral & poster presentations, coffee/tea breaks, lunch during conference days, and a participation certificate.

4. A similar fee is applied for both Poster and Oral Presentations.

5. Accommodation is not included in the fees. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for accommodation.

6. If acceptance letter is required to proceed for payment, please inform us via email at isimbiomas@upm.edu.my (attention to: ISIMBIOMAS2026 SECRETARIAT)

The preferred method of payment is via the UPM Payment Gateway System.

1.  Please access the UPM Payment Gateway System 

2.  Select "MAKE PAYMENT"

3. Select payment for: “ISIMBIOMAS2026”

4. For info details, please write "i-SIMBIOMAS 2026 Fee Payment"

5. Upload the receipt of payment in the section down below

1. Only eligible for the staff/students of UPM

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once registered online with proof of payment. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
